Here's the deal: The Investor's Edge has been helping people build wealth through real estate for 20 years, and we need another talented closer to join our evening/weekend team. Why evenings and weekends? Because that's when our hottest leads come throughpeople who are ready to invest and change their lives.


What's in it for you? You'll make real money. Like, $100K-$150K+ kind of money. We pay a $36K base (so you've got stability), then uncapped commissions on top. Our current team members consistently hit six figures, and the top performers are pushing $130K.


The coolest part? You work from home, and when you're not on a call, your time is YOUR time. Need to throw in laundry? Walk your dog? Make lunch? Go for itjust be ready to hop on a call within 5 minutes when one comes through.

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
