Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of restaurant leadership experience, in a full-service, high-volume environment.

  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and team development.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a calm, focused presence.
