As an Assistant Manager at Paco's Tacos & Tequila, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General manager in overseeing all daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead by example in delivery genuine hospitality and maintaining Paco's Taco's guest-first culture.
  • Supervise and motivate hourly team members to meet service and quality standards.
  • Assist in staffing needs including interviewing, onboarding, training and scheduling.
  • Help manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
  • Monitor and enforce health, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with county regulations.
  • Resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to achieving financial goals through labor control, food cost awareness, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of restaurant leadership experience, in a full-service, high-volume environment.
  • Commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and team development.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a calm, focused presence.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods (10-12-hour shifts).
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • ServSafe Certification a plus.
