The Persian Room is a premier fine dining establishment specializing in authentic Persian cuisine, exceptional service, and a refined dining experience. We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team and help elevate the guest experience with expertly crafted beverages and warm hospitality.

Job Summary

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a fast-paced, upscale environment. You will be expected to maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic options, while embodying the elegance and cultural warmth of The Persian Room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and provide excellent customer service.

  • Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area in accordance with health and safety regulations.

  • Upsell drink specials, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience.

  • Ensure proper ID checks and adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations.

  • Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately.

  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.

  • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

  • Maintain knowledge of Persian Room menu items and provide recommendations when asked.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment preferred.

  • Current food handler’s and alcohol server certification (if applicable by state/city).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of mixology, wine pairings, and beverage presentation.

  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements
