Clair Tappaan Lodge is looking for a creative cook to enhance the lodge's culinary offerings. The Head Cook is the leader of the kitchen team responsible for creating menus and  assembling dishes to meet the restaurant's standards and exceed our guests expectations. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role does require time flexibility depending upon the needs of the business. The role is full time and does offer FREE housing on site.
