About the Role:

We are seeking a Dietary Manager/Cook to join our food service department. As a Dietary Manager/Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and serve meals and snacks to our residents, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and nutrition

  • Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including supervising cook staff and assisting with food preparation

  • Maintain accurate records of menu planning, food inventory, and resident meal preferences

  • Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure food service meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation

Requirements:
