Overview

Conversion Specialists organize the conversion of properties from one owner to another with the properties utility providers. You will need to have strong communication and organization skills as you work with our clients to gather information and then work with the utility providers to complete transfer smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Contact clients and account managers to get necessary information
  • Coordinate with utility providers to gather bill information and schedule utility transfers
  • Input account information into the Conservice database
  • Help clients understand our utility payment process
  • Acting as the point of contact for varying tasks across several properties
