What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact via phone, video, text, and email for prospective clients.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads, identifying the most appropriate legal pathways.
  • Apply law firm closing best practices - converting consultations into retained clients through trust-building, objection handling, and proven legal intake closing techniques.

  • Follow up consistently wit.h prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with Case Analysts to ensure smooth, professional client handoffs

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate
You've worked in a law firm, legal intake center, or immigration services environment and know what it takes to close in a space where clients are anxious, the stakes are high, and trust must be earned quickly. You don't just sell - you counsel clients toward a decision that changes their lives. You're comfortable discussing legal retainers, payment structures, and case timelines, and you know how to keep a prospective client engaged from first contact through signed agreement.
You bring:
  • A track record of closing in legal or professional services settings, where persuasion meets ethics
  • The ability to navigate complex emotional conversations while maintaining momentum toward a decision
  • A deep respect for confidentiality, compliance, and the professional standards of a law firm environment
