Controls Engineer Intern
Qualifications and Education Requirements
An engineering student working toward a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and/or experience in a military or industrial control engineering environment. Tends to work well in a team environment or independently with little supervision.
Interest and exposure to:
  • HMI design
  • PLC logic/troubleshooting
    • Rockwell (Allen Bradley)
    • Siemens
  • PLC networks implementation/troubleshooting
    • Ethernet/IP
    • Profibus
  • Electrical panel design/documentation
  • Control Systems Desings/troubleshooting
  • OEM Automation Systems integration
  • VFD programming/troubleshooting
  • Basic CAD - Schematics, Panel Design

Preferred Skills
