What You'll Be Doing - Oversee all hotel accounting functions, including AP, AR, payroll, and GL
- Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and audit requirements
- Manage cash flow, banking, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the annual budget process and ongoing financial planning
- Partner closely with the General Manager and department leaders
