PD05: Lifecycle Acquisition Analyst – Junior 


Description: As a junior analyst, this individual provides foundational support for the acquisition lifecycle. This role focuses on assisting with the preparation of acquisition-related documentation, tracking action items, and supporting senior staff with day-to-day procurement activities under general supervision to learn the fundamentals of federal contracting. 

Duties May Include: 

  • Assisting in the preparation and tracking of acquisition documents, such as market research reports, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and purchase requests. 
  • Helping to coordinate acquisition-related meetings and tracking action items from Acquisition Strategy Panels and other planning sessions. 
  • Maintaining organized digital and physical files for procurement packages, ensuring all required documentation is present and version-controlled. 
  • Assisting in tracking the status of ongoing contract actions and monitoring the delivery of goods and services. 

Required Skills: 

  • Demonstrated experience with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). 
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
