Controller – Plant Controller – Manufacturing

Salary Up to $110, 000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Upper Midwest

YOU MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATION FROM YOUR CURRENT LOCATION.

This incredible opportunity at a growing manufacturer for a Plant Controller. In this role, you will oversee all financial aspects, including analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Coordinate local compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure cooperation with enterprise-wide functional departments. You will need strong cost accounting experience. A highly visible position and you’ll have an impact on this plant’s success while working with top management and corporate.

This company needs a Plant Controller who is highly energy & has a positive attitude with a stellar understanding of accounting in a manufacturing plant and all the reporting that goes with the process. You must have experience in a manufacturing facility at a senior level. Of course, you need to have a BS in Accounting or Finance and be incredibly detail-oriented with a drive for accuracy & organization. But we need you to have the people & communications skills to guide your staff!

Minimum requirements for this Plant Controller opportunity:

· Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field

· Several years of experience in Cost Accounting

· Accounting staff management experience

· At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

· Knowledge of company computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and JDE.
