This is a newly created position, offering a unique opportunity to design, implement, and oversee accounting operations in a growing and operationally complex aviation environment.
The Controller will work closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer, to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Partner with operations, scheduling, sales, and flight teams to ensure accurate financial data flow
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO, COO, and CFO on strategic initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7-12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience building or improving accounting processes and systems
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience in aviation, transportation, or a service-based industry is a plus
Why This Role
  • First Controller hire-build the function your way
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership
