What is a controller finance manager?

Controller Finance Managers are senior professionals responsible for overseeing an organization's accounting and financial reporting functions. Controllers often supervise accounting teams, implement internal controls, and provide insights to executive leadership to guide decision-making. Their role is critical in maintaining the financial health and integrity of a business.
