Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Acts as the primary leader on our security services contract with Amazon.com Services LLC in Huston and Austin Texas. Responsible for the day-to-day management of operations on the contract, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, achieving all contract requirements in the timelines dictated by the contract and ensuring the contract is phased in and executed within the budget set in the proposal documents. Responsible for the profit and loss of the program and is accountable for financial performance. Sets all policies and directives to ensure good order and discipline of contract employees. Ensures staffing is managed to adequately achieve the contract objectives. Staffs the contract with certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements. Serves a primary liaison to our client and our subcontractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Staff the contract with trained, certified and qualified employees that meet the contract requirements.
  • Identify processes and procedures to facilitate the efficient execution of work that achieves the highest margins on target and non-target work.
  • Set policies to ensure good order and discipline on the contract.
  • Manage workforce to complete all contract requirements, including but not limited to access control, theft deterrence, responding to incidents and alarms, and interior/exterior patrol.
  • Serve as the main customer point of contact on all contract issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a valid driver' license.

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED, associate's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience of successful security contracts management or military or law enforcement supervision
  • Be able to stand or sit continuously for up to two hours at a time
  • Work is typically based in both an office environment and outside. Subject to frequent interruptions, some extended and/or weekend hours may be required
