Job description

Contract Administrator / Contract Specialist
Location: Rockland County, NY (100% onsite )
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented contract professional to join a fast-paced team in Rockland County. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with contracts, understands legal language, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating existing agreements, ensuring all contract revisions are completed accurately and in compliance with internal standards. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with contract terminology are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities: • Review, edit, and update existing contracts and agreements
• Manage contract revisions, changes, and version control
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure terms are accurate and properly documented
• Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records
Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret contract language
• Comfortable navigating legal and contractual terminology
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple revisions efficiently
• Paralegal background strongly preferred; no certifications or formal training required
Role Details: • 100% onsite position in Rockland County
• Hours: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM
