Nurses are the backbone of Valley View, combining compassionate care with clinical expertise.

We're looking for an RN to join our Day Surgery Team! 

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

  1. Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for clients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice.
  2. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other clinical personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
  3. Supports the philosophy and goals of the individual clinical area.
  4. Supports the shared governance vision and nursing obligations of membership which guide the practice of all nurses at Valley View Hospital.

 Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing (RN) experience. 
  • BLS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date.
  • ACLS and PALS through the American Heart Association with card in-hand before start date or obtained with six months of hire.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas.

SALARY RANGE:

  • $36.76 - $54.06/hour (ADN) 
  • $37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN) 
  • Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
  • Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
  • Evening, Night and Weekend Differential Available.
