Position Overview:
The Dean of Discipline at Red Bank Catholic High School plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment by overseeing student behavior and ensuring adherence to the school's code of conduct. The Dean of Discipline will be responsible for implementing disciplinary policies, resolving behavioral issues, and supporting faculty in creating a productive and respectful school community.

  8. Restorative Practices and Student Support:
    • Develop and promote restorative practices within the school to help students learn from disciplinary experiences and foster a culture of accountability.
    • Support initiatives to address bullying, harassment, and other harmful behaviors.
  9. Attendance Monitoring:
    • Assist in monitoring student attendance, tardiness, and follow-up on habitual offenders.
  10. Weekend and Evening Functions:
    • Participate in school functions outside of regular school hours as assigned by the Principal, such as school events, parent meetings, or staff development opportunities.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
The position shall be a ten-month position.
ANNUAL EVALUATION: The Principal will evaluate the performance of this job annually.
**The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
