Via Seating is hiring a Contracts Specialist to join our Sales team!!
Via's Contracts Specialist is responsible for the administration, management, compliance, support, and growth of Via's State/Local Government, Cooperative, Education, and GSA contracts. This role combines strategic contract management responsibilities with hands-on contract administration, bid coordination, quoting support, pricing support, marketing support, dealer and rep support, and internal training.
This position works closely with Sales Leadership, Reps, Dealers, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, Operations, and external consulting partners to maximize contract utilization, ensure compliance, support business development efforts, and improve the overall public sector customer experience.
Via's Contracts Specialist can be in-office, remote or hybrid position. This position is not a safety-sensitive position.
Salary Range is $65K-$76K annually to start DOE.
