Class A Contractor – Lead Residential and Commercial Mechanical and HVAC Projects


Job Overview

  • Location: Orange, VA (Travel Required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of residential renovation projects. This role allows you to utilize your comprehensive technical expertise and business acumen to ensure high-quality installations. You will have the autonomy to oversee onsite operations for a company that values your individual contribution and professional growth.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Supervise daily field operations to ensure high-quality residential construction project delivery.
  • Manage onsite construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and structural demands.
  • Coordinate complex workflows including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting tasks to maintain timelines.
  • Resolve real-time technical and logistical issues on-site to prevent project delays or hazards.
  • Maintain clear communication with field teams to foster a culture built on teamwork and respect.
  • Oversee hands-on home improvements, rehab work for flips, and specialized system installations.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Possess a valid and active Class A License.
  • Proven hands-on construction experience encompassing plumbing, painting, drywall, and electrical work.
  • Strong technical expertise and business acumen necessary for managing large-scale projects from planning to completion.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius of the job location.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical, HVAC, or general contracting fields.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing project logistics, budgets, and safety compliance protocols.
