We are currently seeking motivated and reliable General Contractors in the Hickory, NC area to join our growing Property Preservation Vendor Network. Whether you’re an established business or an independent professional, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your services, set your own schedule, and grow your income.

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and high-quality property preservation and maintenance work, including:
    • Lock changes and rekeying
    • Debris and trash removal
    • Lawn care and landscaping
    • Winterizations
    • Boarding and securing properties
    • Minor roof and structural repairs
  • Complete work orders using mobile apps and web platforms
  • Capture before, during, and after photos of work performed
  • Communicate effectively with Safeguard Vendor Account Managers
  • Follow all client and company specifications for each assigned job

  • Must have General Liability and Errors & Omissions insurance (minimum $1M coverage)
