Contractor Management Supervisor - Casa Grande, AZ
Main Purpose of Role
The Contractor Management Supervisor leads and directs the Contractor Management team, ensuring all contractor activities align with company policies, site requirements, and food safety standards. This role provides day-to-day leadership, sets expectations, and ensures consistent execution across contractor management processes while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and service providers.

What You'll Work On
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Contractor Management (CM) team, fostering a high-performance culture through clear direction, support, and accountability.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all contractor activities.
  • Facilitate and oversee daily contractor meetings to drive strong engagement, clear communication, and alignment with site expectations.
  • Establish and reinforce clear performance expectations for contractors related to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee and support document coordinators to ensure all contractor documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Partner in the execution and oversight of the Food Safety Impact process for contractor work, proactively identifying risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for contractor compliance issues, leading timely investigations and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure contractor work supports site priorities and business objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Working knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA or equivalent standards, with the ability to apply them in an operational setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the confidence to set expectations and hold contractors and team members accountable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective oversight of documentation, processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, active industrial or operations environment.
