Construction Laborer – Direct Multi-Trade Field Operations and Low-Voltage Facility Security Builds


Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience plus Overtime).
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (Occasional overtime or weekend work based on project needs).
  • Project Scope: Commercial Construction and Maintenance for Storage Facilities.
  • Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.


The Opportunity

You will execute multi-trade structural tasks while integrating specialized access control and surveillance infrastructures across premium storage facilities. This position grants you the field autonomy to drive complex site updates from structural rough-in to technical systems configuration. You will directly impact corporate asset protection and build a stable, long-term trade career within a rapidly expanding industrial network.


How You Will Make An Impact

  • Execute physical building assemblies including specialized structural framing, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of verified hands-on experience executing multi-trade workflows within commercial construction zones.
  • Broad trade proficiency across structural framing, finish carpentry, drywall installation, and commercial hardware.
  • Solid technical capability to read, evaluate, and extract exact measurements from engineering plans and diagrams.
  • Active and valid driver's license paired with a reliable method of personal transportation to daily jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
