Job description

We are an independent cleaning company looking for serious, hard-working janitorial subcontractors or experienced restaurant /commercial cleaners. Please do not waste our time if you're just looking to make extra cash and not Have the Intention to take care of my locations professionally .

Must have Attention to detail and reliability are a must . This is late-night work must be ok to work at night , with no health concerns as this is a physical demanding job.

Must be Okay with being corrected if there are any mistakes or complaints. We are not looking for perfection, But for cleaners who are eager to do a great job and grow in their skills. We take care of all of our locations in a high quality manner and we wanr our cleaners to represent us in the best way possible .

Work Location options:

Option 1 – Vancouver, WA (Country Club / Golf Course)

Location: Vancouver

Schedule: Friday–Sunday (3 days/week) $1,500 monthly

Time: 3 hours per night (2 people recommended)

Start Time: Anytime after 10:30–11:00 PM

Finish By: 4:00 AM (no later)

Scope of Work:

Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors

Take out trash

Clean commercial kitchen (must have experience)

Clean kitchen drains

Clean restrooms and restock toiletries

Hose down kitchen/bar mats (Sundays only)

This position is perfect for a couple or team. It is physical work, so you must be fast, reliable, and able to work without issues.

Option 2 – Tigard, OR (Washington Square Restaurant)

Location: Tigard – Washington Square ,( prefer 2 people)

Schedule Options:

5 days/week – $1,400/month

Or

7 days/week – $1,960/month

Time: ~2 hours per night /2 people / 1 person 3 hours

Start Time: After closing (late night) 11pm

Scope of Work:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

Clean kitchen floors and drains (must have experience)

Clean 2 restrooms and restock toiletries

Option 3 – Downtown Portland, OR (Restaurant)

Location: Portland (Downtown)

Schedule: Friday–Sunday (3 days/week) prefer 2 people as a team to clean together

Time: 1.5-2 hours per night

Start Time: After 11:00 PM

Finish By: 6:00 AM (no later)

Scope of Work:

Take all trash from kitchen to dumpster

Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors

Clean 2 small restrooms and restock toiletries

Pay & Details (All Positions)

Paid cash monthly

We provide all supplies and equipment

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work late nights
