Job description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaning contractor to perform deep cleaning services for guest turnover units and post-construction cleaning projects in single-family and multi-family residential properties located in Houston, TX and the surrounding areas. The contractor must provide their own cleaning supplies, equipment, and transportation.
Schedule: On-call - Day Shift
Typical earnings: $90-$120 per unit cleaning depending on the size
Service Type: Contractor- On-call
Scope of Work
  • Travel to assigned single-family and multi-family residential properties in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.
  • Perform move-in, move-out, and guest turnover cleaning services for vacant and occupied units as assigned.
  • Perform post-construction cleaning, including the removal of dust, debris, stickers, and construction-related residue.
  • Provide carpet cleaning services when required.
  • Kitchens (appliances, cabinets, countertops, sinks, and floors)
  • Bathrooms (fixtures, showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, mirrors, and disinfection of all surfaces)
  • Bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, hallways, stairways, and balconies/patios
  • Clean interior windows and exterior windows where safely accessible.
  • Remove trash, debris, and recycling materials from units and designated areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned spaces to company standards.
  • Maintain common areas as assigned, including hallways, lobbies, amenity spaces, and shared facilities.
  • Perform light exterior cleaning duties, including courtyard cleanup, amenity area maintenance, debris removal, and light pressure washing when required.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns observed during service.
  • Use the company mobile application to check in and out of assigned jobs, upload before-and-after photos, and document completed work.
Compensation
  • Rates are negotiable and will be agreed upon based on the scope of work and unit types
  • We are open to establishing a pricing list in collaboration with selected vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience (residential, commercial, Airbnb, turnover, hotel, etc.)
  • Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within the property or between nearby locations
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access (iOS 14+ or Android 7+)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Willingness to complete a background check
How the Contract Will Be Assigned
  • If your business is selected, we may begin with a trial service visit to ensure quality standards and workflow alignment.
  • Upon successful completion, the location will be assigned as a recurring service contract.

  • Services are completed within a Monday-Sunday cycle.
  • An invoice draft will be shared the following week for confirmation.
  • Payments are processed via direct deposit on Fridays for the previous week's approved services.
