Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented 1099 independent contractors to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards in multiple apartments located throughout the San Francisco metropolitan area, ensuring each unit meets or exceeds our companys design and cleanliness guidelines. The final hiring decision will be made following a paid on-the-job trial shift to assess performance and fit.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service assigned apartments (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies) according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Operate vacuums, steam machines, and ozone machines for heavy stains on furniture and upholstery.
  • Empty trash receptacles and follow proper waste disposal procedures.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards, and collaborate with technicians for repairs.
  • Document and report missing items or lost and found items according to company procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Ensure the security of units at all times.
  • Accurately document cleans via photographs and submit digital forms as required.
What You Need
  • Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
  • The ability to travel to multiple job sites - a drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred.
  • A strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • The ability to work on your feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • The ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model.
  • The ability to communicate in English is encouraged.

The pay for this position is $180.00 - $209.90/day.
