The work

Depending on the project, you may:

• Build, update, and recap tour and production budgets

• Prepare and review show settlements, deal memos, and promoter recaps

• Process vendor bills, travel, per diems, and accounts payable

• Support VIP / premium program accounting

• Deliver clean, deadline-ready reporting in Excel-heavy files

What you bring

• 3+ years of tour accounting or live-entertainment production finance

• Strong Excel skills (budgets, settlements, clean file structure)

• Discretion with artist, tour, and company financial information

• Your own computer, software, and reliable internet

Nice to have

• Multi-currency / international touring

• VIP, merch, or premium-program accounting

• Experience at a promoter, business-management firm, or on the road
