Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean work site
  • Install plumbing systems
  • Train apprentices and laborers
  • Maintain a positive workplace
  • Review the materials needed for the job well in advance
  • Review and maintain project productivity
  • Install plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor
  • Self-motivated, reliable, high integrity, and excellent customer service

Experience and Requirements:

  • Valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License
  • Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Experience with large commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects
  • 3 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read and follow plans and specs
  • Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
