REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PAINTING APPRENTICE

  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A smartphone with a data plan (for jobsite communication)
  • Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and handle tools safely
  • Willingness to learn, show up, and take pride in your work
  • Not afraid of heights

YOUR DAY AS A PAINTING APPRENTICE

As a Painting Apprentice, you're a vital member of our team, showing up bright and early each day with a great attitude and a readiness to learn! You're trained in Pearl's Best Known Methods (BKMs) for a variety of tasks like prep work, painting, cleanup, and maintaining a professional vibe on the job. Each day is filled with exciting and diverse activities-from prepping rooms and caulking to rolling and brushing both interiors and exteriors, as well as sanding and keeping our tools organized. You have the chance to work alongside experienced painters who are genuinely invested in your success. Your main goal is simple: create happy clients while sticking to the budget. We'll track your progress with clear benchmarks, and as you grow your skills and efficiency, you're well on your way to a promotion-many Apprentices move up to A2 in just 3 to 6 months!
