Responsibilities:
  • Supervise plumbing crews on job sites and assign tasks based on skill level.
  • Review blueprints and project plans to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
  • Monitor progress and inspect work for quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with other trades and contractors to streamline workflow.
  • Manage necessary materials and equipment needed for job.
  • Train and mentor plumbing apprentices and helpers.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must have high school diploma or GED
  • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with plumbing tools.
