Boulder Imaging is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the sales team at Boulder Imaging as we look to expand the deployment of our high-performance machine vision systems and IdentiFlight technology. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment with complex technical and commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Contract Drafting and Review.
  • Prepare, review, and edit standard sales, lease, supply, service, purchase, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Ensure contract language is clear, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
  • Support negotiations by drafting redlines and consolidating comments from stakeholders.
  • Contract Administration and Tracking.
  • Maintain centralized contract records in the company's contract management system.
  • Track key dates (deliverables, renewals, milestones, payments) and notify stakeholders in advance.
  • Ensure signed copies and supporting documentation are properly archived.
  • Compliance and Risk Support.
  • Verify that contracts comply with applicable laws, export controls, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Sales, and Project Management to ensure obligations are met.
  • Flag risks or inconsistencies for escalation to management.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination.
  • Work closely with Project Management, Accounting, and Professional Services teams to align contract terms with operational capabilities.
  • Support international business partners with documentation, contract templates, and compliance guidance.
  • Assist Sales and Project Management with customer communication related to contractual obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement.
  • Maintain and update contract templates and checklists.
  • Support implementation of process improvements in contract administration and recordkeeping.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Work Experience
