Contract technology refers to digital tools and software designed to streamline the creation, management, execution, and analysis of contracts. These solutions help organizations automate contract workflows, ensure compliance, and reduce risks associated with manual processes. Contract technology often includes features like electronic signatures, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and integration with other business systems. It is widely used by legal, procurement, and sales teams to improve efficiency and transparency in handling contractual agreements.
