Key Responsibilities
Development & Maintenance: Design, code, and maintain high-quality software features and capabilities for both internal employees and external customers.
System Customization: Configure, customize, and integrate vendor-provided packaged software to seamlessly align with user needs.
API & DevOps Support: Build and manage APIs for internal and external products while utilizing modern DevOps and CI/CD principles.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile development workflows, leveraging planning tools (such as Azure DevOps) to meet sprint goals.
Problem Solving: Analyze business information needs, research alternatives, and identify, isolate, and document software defects with high attention to detail.

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
Experience: * 1+ years of professional work experience.
0–2 years of experience for entry-level placement; 2–7 years for mid-level placement.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Coding Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in one or more core programming languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java).
