Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to assess and understand the mental health concerns of patients, using empathy and active listening techniques.
• Deliver focused and evidence-based counseling sessions designed to assist clients in overcoming their unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Remain current on innovative counseling techniques and interventions to enhance effectiveness and ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active LPCC licensure in the state of California, with all state-mandated certifications required for practice.

Compensation and Benefits
