Though our clinic operates as an outpatient office, our remote infrastructure ensures you remain connected and supported by a collaborative team of professionals. We emphasize work-life balance, encouraging our team members to pursue personal interests alongside their professional goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay updated on advancements in counseling practices and methodologies to deliver the highest quality of care.
  • Cooperate with other mental health professionals, making referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain an engaging and supportive demeanor throughout therapy sessions, fostering a trustworthy and respectful relationship with patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from individuals facing mild anxiety and stress to those with more complex mental health challenges. As an LPCC at MedicLine, you will work with a diverse population, effectively addressing varying needs through personalized treatment plans. Your insights and compassion will be crucial in guiding clients through their healing processes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of all state-mandated licenses for practice as an LPCC.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability and experience in fostering trust and openness in therapeutic settings.
  • Demonstrated skills in creating individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs.
  • Proven capability to maintain clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • A collaborative spirit, with an ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, utilizing professional knowledge to guide patient care.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a mental health clinic or similar healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms for virtual counseling.
  • Prior involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 65,000 to USD 130,000 annually, dependent on full-time or part-time status. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:

  • Productivity bonuses for high performance.
  • Opportunities for continued professional development and training.
  • Structured supervision and mentorship programs available.
  • A collaborative team environment dedicated to mutual support.
  • Flexible scheduling options to accommodate work-life balance.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave for your well-being.
