Detailed Job Description:
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Azure, Azure migrate, Azure Operations, Terraform, Ansible.
• Excelling in handling demanding customers and working closely with application teams.
• Good understanding and experience in running Azure Operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cloud engineers
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Basic OS scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation
• Foundational knowledge of shared services (e.g., Identity, Firewalls, Certificates, Secrets, Networking)
• On premises to Azure cloud application migration experience of more than 5 years in a leadership role is a MUST.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, Packer, and Open Policy Agent to create complex infrastructure deployments
• Proficient in selecting and configuring cloud database services (e.g., Azure CosmosDB, Azure SQL, etc.)
• Expert in Crafting reusable and modular IaC templates for complex architectures, automated CI/CD pipelines, and championing DevOps practices
• Developing and enforcing comprehensive security policies and regular security audits.
• Advanced analytics, anomaly detection, and monitoring data for proactive optimization
• Excellent in technical leadership, to front end architectural discussions, Terraform Coding best practices related discussions with the client, and guide the team in writing Terraform modules, bug fixes in the code, deploying the code in infrastructure for Dev, Test and Prod environments
