Job description

Physical Therapist Contract Position

We have a need for a contract PT, temp 13-week, at our Life Care facility in Hilliard, FL. This is a short-term SNF and LTC facility looking for a PT with experience in this setting. The facility is about 45 min-1 hour northwest of Jacksonville and very close to the Georgia line.
