Job description

Eden Home Health Care is looking to hire per diem Physical Therapists with geriatric experience. We cater to Medicare Part B services, MassHealth & also offer concierge care. Eden is a PT owned and operated business. We are looking to hire multiple PTs for Boston & the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Completes all patient evaluations and develops the plan of care within guidelines
  • Provides services within the scope of practice, as defined by the state laws governing the practice of physical therapy

Qualifications and Skills

  • PT licensure from accredited program
  • Valid license to practice physical therapy within the state of Massachusetts
  • 1-2 years home health experience & well versed with documentation
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state regulations
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
