Job Description:

We are in need of a contract PT at the Rensselaer Care Center in Rensselaer, IN. This skilled nursing home boasts a well-established rehab department catering to geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to geriatric patients.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) system, Net Health.

Requirements:

  • Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).
  • Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
  • Covid vaccination preferred, not required.
