The Project Manager will be directly responsible for supporting federal, tribal, and or local government contracts/projects primarily in the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Program Director and the executive leadership team for day-to-day operations within the company.
  • Manages the contract/project lifecycle from inception to completion, accountable for project results.
  • Coordinates and controls day-to-day project operations and performance to resolve issues and identify risks.
  • Effectively communicates with and requests information from external sources including, but not limited to, medical staffing firms, prime contractors, subcontractors, contract employees and clients to include the federal government.
  • Manages, approves and reconciles timecards and invoices to ensure accurate and compliant submission. Works with other departments to provide information in support of the revenue cycle.
  • Works directly with candidates, employees and clients to successfully credential and onboard staff on contracts and projects.
  • Tracks and reports on key performance indicators KPI’s. Supports the leadership team with other reporting requirements as requested.
  • Ensure all project documentation is timely, accurate and maintained per project requirements.
  • Maintains a database regarding clients and potential clients.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree (or equivalent experience may be considered) in Communications, Marketing, English, Business, OR 8 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Direct experience in federal contract operations specific to locums/professional services with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of success working in a high-volume deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and be detail oriented as it relates to technical approaches and solutions.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit and produce documents and supporting materials.
  • Experience using workflow platforms such as SharePoint a plus.
  • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) platform (GovWin, Bid speed) highly preferred.
  • Experience working with, and understanding, confidential company information as it relates to financial stability, industry credibility, and proprietary information.
  • Organize, set priorities, and exercise sound independent judgement within areas of assigned responsibilities.
  • Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
  • Organize and maintain specialized files.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Prairie Band Health Services records/files.
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Reviews cost proposals and pricing information.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to read computer screens, email and talk on the phone.
  • Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.
