Job description

Overview/ Job Responsibilities

Position is contingent upon contract award and funding.

Entarianย is seeking an experienced Contracts / Subcontracts Administrator to join our team. This role partners closely with program management, and government customers to provide contract analysis, identify risks, forecast impacts, and support informed program execution.

The Contracts / Subcontracts Administrator responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate, negotiate and manage NDAs, TAs and other related agreements.
  • Solicit proposals from prospective subcontractors and work with the pricing department to analyze cost/price, technical capability and financial viability.
  • Negotiate and administer FFP, T&M, and CPFF contracts/subcontracts.
  • Prepare contract/subcontract documentation in accordance with established company, customer and government regulations.
  • Monitor and report cost, schedule and status of contracts/subcontractors and make recommendations to management for potential corrective action.
  • Interface with Project Control Analysts (PCAs) and Accounting Department regarding cost reporting issues.
  • Serve as the main liaison with Vendor contracting representatives.
  • Assess Vendor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
  • This individual should be able to proactively work on their portfolio with intermittent oversight from their supervisor.

Salary range: $105,000.00 - $132,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of contracting experience experience.
  • Experience should include:
    • Working with Federal projects and programs
    • FAR/DFAR, procurements regulations and legal specifications
    • Supporting subcontract management teams
    • Handling negotiations on behalf of the company.
  • Interfacing with internal customers and all levels of organization
  • Developing and delivering presentations (verbal and/or written) to key stakeholders
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
