Certifications/Licenses :
  • Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
    AHA ACLS Provider Card required.
    IV Therapy experience preferred.
    PICC and midline proficiency preferred.
    Chemotherapy experience preferred.
    Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification preferred.
  • Preference to applicant with current ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy-Immunotherapy certification.
  • Preference to applicant with current outpatient infusion experience.
  • Oregon RN license required
Mandatory Experience:
  • RN Ambulatory Infusion
  • 1+ years experience
  • EMR Used EPIC
