Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the service center. This position ensures that communication, scheduling, and administrative processes run smoothly, helping the team deliver safe, reliable, and efficient transportation service. The Office Manager contributes to a positive workplace culture through professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to our core values of Safety, Service, Community, and Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Service Center Manager and team
  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist parents, drivers, and staff with professionalism and care
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files to support compliance and operational efficiency
  • Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping records, and attendance tracking
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as directed
  • Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and special events for staff
  • Help manage office supplies, forms, and operational materials
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Support communication across departments to ensure safe, timely, and effective operations
  • Assist with billing, data entry, and other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications:
