Job Title: Electrical Engineer โ€“ PLC Programming
Location: Edgewater, FL (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (W2)
Duration: Long-term Contract (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer โ€“ PLC Programming is responsible for supporting manufacturing and production operations through hands-on electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and system optimization. This role focuses on maintaining and improving automated systems, minimizing downtime, and ensuring efficient production processes in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems in a production environment
โ€ข Analyze and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems
โ€ข Perform troubleshooting and repair of circuit boards and electrical components
โ€ข Provide real-time support to production teams to resolve technical issues
โ€ข Conduct system testing, validation, and console-level diagnostics
โ€ข Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures
โ€ข Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency
โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and engineering
โ€ข Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards on the shop floor

Required Qualifications:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
