Overview

The Contract Program Manager (CPM) provides overall leadership and oversight for IT Infrastructure Support Services. The CPM serves as the primary point of contact for contract execution, ensuring performance objectives are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead contract performance across IT infrastructure, cloud, service desk, and network services.
  • Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan, Risk Register, and Quality Control Program.
  • Manage subcontractors and technical staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting and briefings to stakeholders.
  • Oversee transition/phase-in and workforce stability.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in information technology or related field.
  • 9+ years IT-related experience.
  • 5+ years supervising large IT service contracts of similar value and complexity.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
