  • Identify acute medical causes of behavioral change; coordinate with on-call psychiatry

What you need:

  • Malpractice $1M/$3M prior to start (CLFC assists coordination); clean NPDB history

Preferred: inpatient or psychiatric PA experience; emergency, hospital, correctional, or urgent-care background; CAQ-Psychiatry; ACLS; CPI/MOAB; within ~45 minutes of Harlingen; bilingual English and Spanish.

Why CLFC: we handle credentialing, malpractice, and supervising-physician arrangement so you focus on care; prompt payment; multi-year contract; part of a 500+ provider network. Self-Certified Small Disadvantaged Business and Equal Opportunity organization.
