Job description

Description:

We are seeking a Task Manager / Contract Manager to oversee contract execution, manage day-to-day operations, supervise technical staff, and ensure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with contract requirements. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison with the Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and provide leadership throughout contract performance.


Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day contract operations and assigned personnel.

· Supervise technical staff and monitor project performance.

· Ensure all contract deliverables, reports, and documentation are submitted accurately and on schedule.

· Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.

· Serve as the primary point of contact with the COR.

· Communicate project status, risks, schedule changes, security events, and service improvements.

· Ensure compliance with contract requirements, PWS, and Government policies.

· Coordinate with internal teams to support successful contract execution.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Team Leadership, or Contract Administration.

· Experience managing personnel, deliverables, schedules, and customer communications.

· Strong leadership, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+ years of Team Lead or Management experience; OR

· Associate's degree with 5+ years of Team Lead or Management experience.

Certifications: IAM Level III (DoD 8570/8140 compliant) – Required.

Clearance: · Active Secret Clearance required.
