Lead critical bridge inspection projects that keep communities connected and safe as Bridge Inspection Project Manager. This role goes beyond traditional project management; you'll combine hands-on bridge inspection expertise with strategic leadership, managing diverse contracts from simple span structures to complex multi-span viaducts while building strong client partnerships and mentoring high-performing teams. You'll take full ownership of projects, help drive growth, and make a measurable impact on infrastructure that serves millions.
What You'll Do
  • Lead bridge inspection projects for local municipalities, state DOTs, and other transportation agencies.
  • Champion quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure accurate, reliable inspection deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory permitting requirements.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards for bridge inspection and assessment.
  • Prepare budgets, schedules, and risk assessments while identifying potential project challenges.
  • Foster strong collaboration and professional development within your team.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Servant leader committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence while developing others
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida, or ability to be registered with reciprocity
  • 6+ years of bridge experience (inspection or design) with a desire to manage inspection projects and lead inspection teams
  • Strong understanding of NBIS, and SNBI guidelines
  • 2-week NHI/FHWA Bridge Inspection certification, NSTM/FC NHI/FHWA certification, SPRAT or IRATA rope access certification, and NHI Tunnel inspection certification are all desired
  • Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
