We’re hiring 2 Epic Patient Experience Analysts to support go-live and stabilization efforts. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth rollout of patient-facing applications.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide go-live & command center support
  • Troubleshoot end-user and workflow issues
  • Support patient-facing Epic apps: MyChart, Welcome, Bedside, Hello World
  • Partner with clinical and technical teams to resolve issues quickly


Required

  • Active Epic MyChart Certification (REQUIRED)
