Start Date: 11/13/23
Contract Length: 13 weeks, but possible ext to 6 months 
Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Schedule: Full Time
Work Details:
· Support staff: LVN’s, RN’s, Medical Assistants, Front desk staff, MD’s
· Providers can refer out to the academic practice as needed and work closely with interventional cardiac surgeons, and heart failure cardiologist. Currently, they are working on coordinating meetings with all the different groups to continue to foster these relationships.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full Time M-F
· Patients per day: Less than 15-18 patients per day
· Patient population/age: Adults 18 and older
· Department description: Outpatient Clinic
· EMR: Epic Experience Required
· Special procedures: MyChart messages, Lab and Test Results, Refill requests
· Skills required: Exercise tolerance testing (Treadmill ETTs) preferred, but not required. Stress Echo experience preferred, but not required.
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Outpatient Clinic
• Clinic visits with a mix of new and follow up patients.
• Must be flexible with locations. May be scheduled at multiple clinics.
• 8-10 half clinic days. May also run stress echos or treadmills.
Requirements:
· License required: CA Required
· Minimum experience required: 6 Months in Cardiology – No New Grads
