We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Support Engineer to join our Technology Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining Epic Ambulatory and Bones systems to ensure efficient technical operations and clinical application performance.

responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Epic Ambulatory and Epic Bones applications.
  • Resolve technical incidents and system issues to maintain high application availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to support workflow optimizations and system updates.
  • Document technical solutions, system changes, and operational workflows.

qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and Epic Bones modules.


Background in application support, configuration, and IT systems troubleshooting.


Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
